The agenda centers on current housing issues that have generated awareness among homebuyers and homeowners. These issues include energy, mold, homeownership costs, maintenance, disaster security and home automation technology.
MISSION:
Develop a brand name product (Housing) by incorporating products already in the marketplace.

Assemble a network of manufacturer partners that commit financial, marketing and technical resources to a “Every home is a model” concept.
Using an in-house company, build energy efficient, disaster resistant, mold and allergen resistant, technologically advanced housing.
Market the “total house” technology.
HOW DO WE MAKE IT WORK?
Recruit manufacturers of products that fit the mission to provide product, capital and plenary support.
Purchase a site for constructing the houses or seek a developer partner such as an assisted living company, or possibly a tract builder.
Have our in-house team manage construction using the products and services of the network.
Have the network establish a joint marketing council to insure that the product and services are marketed according to the manufacturer’s requirements.
Hire on site technical and real estate sales persons that are specifically trained to sell the features and benefits of these homes vs. the “old way”.
Fully reinvest construction profits back to the network members. Clone the program nationwide.
Capital requirements to implement the plan in addition to contributions of network member resources is approximately 2.5 million dollars, depending on land acquisition requirements.
